Instructions for using the application

Enter Europass Mobility with your username and password. If you do not yet have a username and a password, you must first login to the system to get access. To do this, select your role from the drop-down menu and enter your email address to which you will receive the password. Once you enter the application, you can change the password in the section My Profile (the icon on the top right). If you have forgot your password, you can request a new one. In order to get it, you will need to re-enter your e-mail address and your role (sending partner, host partner or holder of certificate).

At the first entry, the system invites you to edit your information. It is advisable to fill it in, as it will than automatically appear on the Europass Mobility documents (you will not need to re-enter them every time). The created account is your organization's account and the login information will be valid for ordering all further Europass certificates.

Your information must be accurate and up to date. You can check or change it at any time in the section My Data. There you can edit your contact details as well as information about your institution (the sending agency).

The personal data you enter is stored in our internal data management system for the purpose of registering and implementing the program. Your personal data will not be stored or used for statistical purposes. The application manager will not see your personal information when viewing the application. For more information, see Legal Notice.
